Two-Week Intensive: Concept Design
$200,000.00

This Two-Week Intensive is a lump-sum program designed to rapidly develop a concept design approach for your project from first principles. Please note that client availability and responsiveness is paramount to achieve the two-week timeframe; duration and/or fee may need to be increased if delays are incurred.
Concept Design
Evaluation of manufacturing/industrial process and review of utility needs, structural needs, etc.
Universal (IBC/IFC/IMC/NEC/etc.) Code Review and preliminary assessment of code compliance approach including performance-based cost-saving code approaches.
Permitting requirements review.
Initial 3D model of facility in Autodesk Revit (Plant 3D possible for Process/Manufacturing discipline only).
HVAC requirements assessment and design options for site-specific needs (e.g., dry cooling, heat recovery, etc.)
Basis of Design presentation summarizing all the above.
Material Take-Off at concept design level that can be used for a more accurate Class 5 estimate than Lang factors.
